Although this website is primarily intended for adults, educators, organisations, and community partners, we recognise that some of our work may involve schools or young people. We therefore commit to: minimising the collection of children’s personal data, avoiding unnecessary identification of children online, using imagery and media responsibly, respecting school safeguarding procedures, seeking appropriate permissions before sharing identifiable content and prioritising the wellbeing and best interests of children in all digital communications.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website. Information We May Collect

We will not knowingly publish personal information about children without appropriate consent and safeguarding consideration.

We only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary. General enquiries and correspondence are typically retained for up to 24 months unless: continued communication is required, safeguarding concerns arise or legal obligations require longer retention.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against: unauthorised access, misuse, accidental loss, disclosure, or alteration.
